Sunsella Mighty Pops - Silicone Popsicle Molds - 6 Pack
Hi, I am a self admitted Ice cream addict!!
So I am always looking for ways to save on calories, and make it more healthy.
So I decided to make my own fudge pops.
Yes they turned out amazing.
and so easy and low calorie,
and much more healthy because you know what is going in them.
Here is what I did,
-Take a skim milk, and freeze in ice cube trays.
then, take a blender, and ( once the milk is frozen) you will put in
the cubes, ( I also cheat and freeze heavy cream too, and keep that to only add a one or two of those cubes, you don't have to thou)
-Then blend up the frozen cubes, and mix in
Hershey's chocolate syrup
as well as unsweetened coco powder, and a tad of a sugar unless you use a sweetened coco powder.
You may need a touch of water to get it to blend, and really you can make it as runny as you want because you are going to fill the molds.
Then just fill the molds, and freeze and they are so good!!
Of course you can freeze soda, juice or what ever you want, but this is so yummy.
They sell a stand for these molds, that I wish I had, and wish it came with the set, so I do think you should grab that if you can, I have not used that yet.
So what I did was use a glass, that the freezer won't hurt.

So they get a tad messy if you over fill them, so don't do that.
but they are tasty!!
I really like the silicone, as it is much easier to work with.
and clean up. but the lids do not stay on great before they are frozen, so don't lay them down. You will may have a mess. if you get the stand or use a glass it will be fine.
