I am a huge fan of Garcinia Cambogia Extract, As some of you may know, I believe this stuff works, and I can not say enough good things about it, you do need to be careful to find a true product, there are different levels of Garcinia Cambogia in them, the most potent is a 80% and this product is a 60% so that is a great amount.They are a vegetarian capsule, so any one can take them.
