FitWellYou Therapy Exercise Resistance Band Set

This is a great set, because you don't have to pre-decide what kind you want. You get them all in this set. You can start out with the light, and work your way up to the heavy. They are all marked, and color coded.
I love that they are really long, and thick as well, they are easy to use in many ways, some I have had in the past are more like a large rubber band!!
So these are great. If you want to use them to build up leg muscle's, or wrap around your back to work out your arms, you can.
This set also comes with a free door hanger, instructions, and the 3 bands.
The door hanger is easy to hang , you just slip it over a hing, and the instructions are in there. But that gives you a lot of more workouts.
There is a ton of workouts online as well for free you can find. to switch things up.
I like to rotate the bands, from light to heavy. So my muscles get all the different weights.
