This is a great stretch strap!! So if you dance you may have seen these before because it is a great way to become more limber, and get a good stretch. However even if you don't dance, this is great to get a good stretch!! Prior to working out, we all need a good stretch, This will help us not get cramps, and injury it is very important to stretch. I really like this strap because it can help you really get a good stretch, without it, you can pull your arm back, or bend, or whatever, but with it, you can really stretch because it helps you 'pull' your muscles in whatever direction or way you want. There is loops throughout the strap so you can start slow, maybe just stretch as you would normally, than as you build up you can move to different levels of the strap. So you can build up how limber you are, and even make it a workout if you want to. I have done the T-25 and if you have ever done the one that is basicly a stretch workout you know that stretching can be a major workout if you want it to be. So this can even be part of a workout if you want it to be. I know I was very sore after the 'stretch' workout from T-25 and could barely do the things they ask you to do, so with this, you could really do it well. I really like this strap and wish I had it sooner.
