Should you be taking CoQ10? How much should you take? and What is CoQ10 treat and help? 


So let me start by saying, I have been taking CoQ10 for years, as I have a medical condition in that I need to take it. This is from my doctor. 


What is CoQ10?
It is in every cell of your body, so think of it like vitamins in a way, you need vitamin B's for energy, and stress relief so you need CoQ10 for heart functions, energy, and more. 
   
 It also functions as an ,antioxidant which protects the body from damage caused by harmful molecules


Do I have to have CoQ10 in my body?

Why yes you do!! 
It is your cells in your body use for energy, and cell growth. so it is vital to being healthy.


So First let's talk about why to take it, the reasons, and what it can help with.


****Please note, all these are my opinions and not something you should do without talking to your doctor.
     
I think most people know about heart health. CoQ10 is very good for heart health. If you have a family history of heart issues, it may be something you want to take. So depending on what and why you are taking it for your heart the dosage very's. If you are taking it for heart disease it is up to 600 mg a day. If you are taking it before a surgery to prevent heart issues, it can be as little as 100mg a day. 


But did you know that it helps with so much more!!! 
So if you workout it can help with increased performance, and help with your energy. for this it is a dose of up to 300 mg and taken in two doses, so you would take 150 mg twice a day. 
  
It can also help with hearing loss, hair loss, and even high blood pressure during pregnancy. For these type of conditions it is about 100-200 mg a day.


So for some other conditions such as mitochondrial diseases, you take up to 1200 mg a day, and some doctors may even say more. As I have taken more then this , but this is the typical dose for these type of conditions.


To promote weight loss, it is 100,mg a day.


 Muscle disease caused by statins it is about 240 mg a day. 



There are so many more conditions, and things it can help with, so this gives you a very good idea how important of a supplement this is.


This also gives you a idea of the different does that can be taken, and how it verys. So speak with your doctor to see what you need. 


It is good for all ages as well you don't have to be 'old' or have a heart issue to take this supplement as you can see it can help with so many things, even weight loss, it helps promote it. 


Of course I am no doctor, this is just from my own treatments, and Information I have. Or what I think, So again talk to your doctor.
