This is a super strong stability ball. It is a smaller size than the typical ones I have used in the past. That being said I really like it. It is made very well. And is perfect for many excercises. You could put it against the wall, and do a balancing, and work your thighs, and core. You can do sit ups and more, it should work for most any weight of a person as it is made very strong, and is a anti-burst ball. It comes with a pump, that will deflate it as well. I love the ball, the pump however was a little on the cheap side, it is kinda hard to pump up the ball with it, it will work, and if you only need to use it once it should be no big deal. I pumped my ball up with it, however it took awhile. I think if I had to pump it up often I would get a better pump. But the ball is amazing.
